5 Beauty Mistakes That Makes You Look Old
As there are tips for make up that makes you to look younger, there are also mistakes that fill too much your complexion, your age, adding up to 10 years! I have talked to many make up artists and I have learned which are more worse and common.
1. Too much foundation
Sadly, this kind of mistake became quite frequently. We know that the complexion’s problems are difficult to cover however 3 layers of foundation will not help you, but rather a quality foundation with a good skin coverage. Apart from its texture as a mask and artifical appearance, a thick layer of foundation will make you to look older than you really are.
Solution? Pick a type of foundation especially created for you, designed into a soft and moisturizing formula.
FROM THE SAME CATEGORY:
- A lightish foundation: like a foundation applied in many layers, a light foundation than the natural skin color will evidentiate your wrinkles.
- Too much anti- circle: when the complexion ages, sensitive sking besides the eyes became thin, and a thick layear of anti-circle cream will accentuate those areas instead of masking them.
2. Lipstick: color and texture
Over the years, lips contour became less visible, which favor the leak of the lipstick.
Solution? Use a pencil to outline your lips. Choose a natural color that can make invisible bar that no one can see it.
On the other hand, dark lipstick colors are forbidden after a certain age because they make you to look older than you are.
Solution? Pick a natural color lip- gloss (pink, nude, beige, transparent)
3. Too much powder
Powder is an excellent way to hold off shininess, but in the mean time it accentuates wrinkles, soft lines and should not be use on a dry skin.
Solution? Forget about powder if you already have wrinkles! Choose instead only a blush.
4. Metallic make up
It is true that metallic make up makes you to look younger and fresh only when they are applied on eyelids and on the inner corner of the eye. When it is applied on the outline area of the eye it will accentuate the wrinkles from that area.
5. Mascara on the lower lasher
When you put mascara on your inferior lashes, make sure that you applied only a fine layer. If you put too much you won’t do anything then to draw attention on that area and especially on your circles.
