A beautiful skin in 9 steps
With all the nowadays pollution from the big cities, it becomes harder to have a nice, clean and healthy skin. Because of this, I thought about some pieces of advice which can be helpful in this moment. With a less effort and with some minor changes into daily care routine, miracles can happen.
1. The pillow
Wash or change your pillow at least once a week. Dirty pillows retain a lot of bacteria which can cause pimples.
2. Ventilated spaces
Try to spend much more time in fresh air and try to avoid closed spaces, with hard air to breath. Spend lesser time into restaurants, fast foods or even metro stations… although this is not all up to you.
3. Sweat
Involve yourself into many activities which make you sweating. Run, dance, aerobic or choose and activity that helps you to sweat.
When the body starts sweating, the pores are open, and your complexion won’t be affected by blackheads (partial blocked pores), whiteheads and pimples.
4. Sweat clothes
Even if you run over the bus or you were to gym it is absolutely necessary to change your sweat clothes in the shortest time, have a shower, and if this thing cannot be possible, clean your body with a clean towel.
5. Cleaning routine
Accustom yourself to clean your complexion twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. Choose a special cleaning solution for your face, use a whitewash (if it’s necessary), a toner and a hydrating cream (a day or a night cream).
Avoid thick creams. This type of creams can do more harm than good to your complexion, by blocking the pores. Choose a light cream for your face which let your complexion to breath.
6. Exfoliation
To reduce blackheads it is advisable a complexion’s exfoliation- once a week for normal skin and 2-3 times a week for oily skin.
7. Foundation
How do you apply the foundation? Do you use a brush, a special sponge or your fingers? If you use a brush or a special sponge do not forget to clean them from time to time (with water and soap). You do not imagine how many bacteria are in these beauty ustensils. And from here to a face affected by pimples is just a step!
8. Let your skin to breath
This is not the first and the last time when I remind this thing, but I see it around me daily. It doesn’t matter how tired you are or how late it is, you MUST clean your complexion every evening, with no exception!
Pimples, whiteheads or blackheads don’t cater for fatigue and don’t wear a watch!
9. Steams
If your pores “run the rigs”, it means you need a steam treatment. Boil a liter of water and put it into a big bowl. Cover your head and face with a towel and stay with your face just above the steams which get out from the bowl with hot water.
The procedure should last for at least 15 minutes while you can move your face so that the steams cover it all.
