Break the chains of the past

It’s always difficult to break-up with someone… However, it’ll be harder when you realize you need a soul mate.
A failed relationship it’s a major reason why women lose their self-confidence, their smile and the taste for life. We shrink into one self and refuse the help of others. Still, we need him, a partner to understand us and stay with us.
Women are self-restrained about starting a new relationship and that’s because they lack confidence (at least this doesn’t happen in the beginning of their love life). I wrote here the steps necessary for you to get out from the mist and see the sunshine again:
Your ex – always present in your mind
If you have decided to try beginning a new relationship, the first thing to do is to erase your ex-boyfriend from your memory; Just like deleting a file from your computer. Are you sure you want to permanently delete the ex-boyfriend? Yes… click OK. I know it’s not easy but the cool part is that you can do it. Keep only the beautiful memories inside of the box of your soul and lock them there. Open the box only when you’ll be able to look at them smiling, not with tears in your eyes. To forget him easier, remember the bad taste this relationship gave you, remember the disappointment, the pain, then get over it, and move on!
Define your needs!
Starting this new road ahead, you’re going to be priority one. You’re the important person. Start by setting your own priorities, your needs and your expectations for the next relationship. Maybe you want just an affair that will seed your love appetite. If that’s the case don’t invest your soul into it. You see the new guy as a potential husband? If that’s the case let things naturally flow, shrouded in emotions let the pure feeling of love reborn as flowers blossom in spring. But don’t let yourself tricked. Get to know him before been swept away in the mist of love.
Be self-confident!
So what if the former relationship didn’t work? It wasn’t your fault! And even if you think it was, it wasn’t totally your fault. Look in the mirror and try to feel good about yourself. After a long period of sitting in the shadow, it’s time to head to a beauty shop and reinvent yourself! Compliments will increase your self-confidence.
Break the chains of the past!
If you managed to get through all the above steps, it’s time to make a new huge step. Get rid of the things that link to your former boyfriend. Starting with the love letters, the toys, candles and finishing with the ring. I know you’re going to miss those things for a while but it’s just because you’re used to them.
Smile!
Do you even remember how to smile? Can you feel you could touch the sky in your flight? Can you feel the butterflies vibrating inside your stomach?
It’s time to be reborn, to see, to tremble with emotion… to love.
