| MY SISTER HAD THE 1.4 OZ. BOTTLE BEFORE HAND AND SAID IF I COULD GET HER ANOTHER ONE THAT WOULD BE GREAT...SO INSTEAD I WENT BIG AND GOT THE 3.4 OZ. I had first come across this fragrance in one of the advert fliers that come by the dozen, are opened, sniffed, and thrown away. I liked this scent, but the flier got thrown away with the rest, and I forgot its name. The only thing that stayed with me was the heavenly scent, and the vague recollection that the bottle shown was unremarkable with a blue lid. Some six months later, my friend said she wanted to gift me a perfume, and if I had any preference. Ironically, it was the unremarkable bottle with blue lid that helped me track this one down on google, as I had no recollection of the name, lol.
The fragrance is very fresh, with floral mixed with a citrus tang. Its staying without being overpowering, so its an ideal scent for work or a summer barbecue. I have found that during summers, I tend to use this perfume more than any other, even for light, fun nights-out. People ask me the name of the perfume I am wearing and compliment me. Its fresh, clean, light, fun and simply breathtaking. Trust me, you're going to fall in love with this one, as I have. |

| DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER. LIGHT BLUE For Women By DOLCE & GABBANA Eau de Toilette Spray 1.70 oz. I purchased this for my daughter back in December as I knew it had been her favorite for a couple of years. She only recently opened it after hers had run out, after which she told me she thought it was fake - that it really didn't smell like what she had been using. She compared it to the "real thing" and said it's a different color and that it has no lot # or serial # on the bottom and that the label looks a little different. I had also bought myself a bottle at the same time since I liked the way it smelled on her - I had no point of reference, but did think the fragrance disappeared too quickly. I plan to contact the real manufacturer and advise that a fake is being sold under their label. Since there seems to be no way to complain to Amazon.com, nor can it be returned, this was like flushing $90 down the toilet! |

| Ordered a D&G Light Blue 3.4 oz perfume bottle from seller "Jacobs Enterprises" as a present for my mother. When it arrived, my mother complained that the perfume didn't smell anything like it was supposed to and that it barely had any of the longevity that it used to have with the store bought bottle she used. That's what I get for being cheap. It's better to buy perfume at the store to avoid getting a knock-off, lesson Learned. |

My boyfriend bought me this perfume for my 19th birthday, and I just turned 20 but never reviewed this until now haha =)
I really like the fuzzy box this perfume came in, however, I feel the scent:
*does not last long enough and is not strong enough (it last under an hour if lucky, and you need to spray a lot on)
*has that "older" smell. This doesn't mean it is BAD, but if you have ever smelled Chanel No. 5 for instance, it is in that same category of scent where it just doesn't seem young...
I am obv. not the youngest person out there and I am aware that this is not D&G Dolce and Gabbana (the younger line of Dolce and Gabbana...altho i dont think they even have a perfume line anyway, do they? o__o). I do, however, think this perfume is best suited to women who are older (not saying these ages are old...because they aren't) but mid-30's+.
This is a beautiful scent and has a mature & sexy vibe to it...but I feel it doesn't match a younger girl/women nearly as well as many other perfumes would (even if she is a mature PERSON, looks OLDER than her age, and/or is sexy <-- 2 are from personal reference although I'm not sexy, but my features individually are [put together looks err ugly :)]).
ps: I noticed some people mentioned there perfume was fake...this review is of the AUTHENTIC perfume.

| I have been wearing this scent since I noticed it on a friend at work and had to ask what she was wearing. It's light and perfect for summer. I get compliments on it all the time and always get asked what I'm wearing. This being said, I went through my first 1.7oz bottle quickly, and ordered another directly through Amazon. (I also ordered my first bottle from Amazon.com but I'm unsure who the actual seller was). It was shipped promptly and actually arived days before the estimated delivery week -always a pleasant surprise- However, all of my excitement disintigrated when I spritzed myself the next morning and found that the scent was far from the D&G Light Blue I know and love. While it still carried a few familiar notes, this bottle had a distinctly different smell that made the scent foul and heavy. Not sure if this is just a one time thing, but I don't think I will be purchasing from amazon again. I wanted to save some $ on the scent and sadly I am left with a $50 bottle of something I don't even think I could bear to re-gift. D&G light blue is an amazing perfume, if you are hesitating in purchasing it, I give it 5 stars and my full recommendation, just beware of online discount websites. |

I love Dolce and Gabgana Light Blue. The only concern I have WITH THIS ONE is that the smell of the perfume doesn't last that long. Last time I bought the perfume in macy's for $80 and I could smell the perfume on my clothes and me the next day. This one for some reason, the smell doesn't last long, I don't smell it on myself, no one can, even my fiancé. So that makes me think that maybe is fake?????????? It was cheap I paid $40 but I won't buy it again from this website.

| I am a Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue lover. I purchased this item before from amazon and it was perfect so I decided to purchase it again from amazon this time through a third party vender. I received a knock off verison and it was horrible and made me sick to my stomach. I returned this product and I am still waiting for my refund. This is a wonderful product but be careful when ordering. |
