At first sight, finding the perfect bra is very simple. Today we propose to help you to find the perfect bra.

Admit! When you go to buy a bra, whereon are you looking at? Color? Design? Shape? It is certain that many women do not know how to choose the perfect bra, taking into account of how it looks and not if it is fitting.

Many women do not know their bra’s measure and that’s why they arrive to wear too small or too large bras. Researches prove that 8 of 10 women don’t wear the perfect bra.

Rule no. 1

Do not buy a bra just because it is nice and beautiful. Choose a model that you like but which suits you as measure and shape. You won’t feel comfortable with a drawer of nice bras but uncomfortable to wear.

Rule no. 2

Find out the perfect measure. You can do that with the help of a centimeter. Measure a diameter of your rib cage placing the centimeter just beside your breasts. By doing this you will find out if your number is: 65, 75 (till 125).

Rule no. 3

It is time to find out the measure of your cup bra. You can do this just by pass the centimeter over your trunk, on the most prominent part. You will find out is the measure of the cup bra is: A, B, C, D, E or F.

Rule no. 4

Testing! Testing! Testing! After you have found out the number and the cup bra (example: 65A, 90B, 110C etc.) it is time to go shopping and to find the perfect bra for you.

The perfect bra:

• It does not have to be very tight (by this way it becomes visible and uncomfortable)

• It does not have to be too loose (the straps should not fall over your shoulders; the cups shouldn’t be too hard- set having that look of a “board” etc.)

• It doesn’t leave red spots on the skin

• The closing system should be placed on the middle of your back, if it rises it means that it is small!

• If your breasts pass out the cup (too much, and I do not make references to the push- up bras) it is small

• The front part of the bra should stuck to your breastbone, it shouldn’t exist empty spaces (if this thing happens try a smaller bra).
