This trend became more and more used, but not everyone knows how to wear this type of boots. There are a few rules to follow when you combine your clothes to obtain a perfect look.

Here are 5 outfits, with 5 different types of boots over knees, which I hope you to use as a source of inspiration when you wear this shoes.

In the club

In the past, boots over knees, were worn only for such occasions, but now can be used during the day too, without being criticised by the others. Still, if you want to get a sophisticated look and not an unrefined one, I recommend you to wear them with long sweaters and with dark tights. In my example, a black one will be perfect. Wear over this a trench and for diversity, choose a small purse, the same colour with the dress.

At work

If an office outfit is not imposed, you may wear a dress- sweater which fits perfectly with black or brown tights. The jacket may be a short one, till your waist, to relieve your long legs which this type of boots makes the most of.

Casual- chic

If you want to wear a casual outfit, but feminine in the same time, I recommend you to wear a pair of boots over knees but not with high hills. Wear them with a dress and put over a long cardigan. You may use a small belt for your waist to fit with the boots.

Casual

If you want an easy set, then wear a pair of boots with hose and choose a t- shirt or a blouse long enough to cover your posterior. ?? This is the rule to avoid a churlish look. Also you may wear a long cardigan.

Who’s bad?

If you like leather clothes, I propose you to wear a pair of boots over knees, a pair of latex or leather trousers. You may wear a T- shirt of neutral colour and a leather jacket. Or, if you want a tough look, wear a simple vest, white and a string.
